We know David as John Peter’s son from his presence in his father’s household in 1850-1870 and then, their roles reversing, his father’s presence in his 1880 household. He is designated T3a1a.
Death and Find-a-Grave notes for David (Spouse 1)
David and his wife Mary A (Hull) are on find-a-grave. I found a death notice for him in the Mercersburg Journal dated 26 Jun 1903 saying David of Licking Creek died 14 Jun. Find-a-grave had 14 Jun 1902 but his tombstone really does seem to say 1903 though I can see how it could be mis-read as 1902. I submitted an edit to make the correction.
The death notice added that he was the brother of Mrs. A A Myers of Mercersburg.
