Daniel had two wives and two families. He married Martha Dusing in 1840. She died in 1855, by her had son John H born in 1842. After Martha died in 1855, Daniel married second Barbara Kennedy, she was the mother of Harvey F born in 1864. Of the two sons, since only John H was born prior to 1850, he is the only one tracked further.
