My Comments notes for Margaret Kline
Her tombstone says died 1871 but she was not living with her husband in the 1860 or 1870 Census.
Margaret, interestingly, was a descendant of John David Mertz through his son Nicholas whose daughter, Catherine, married Lorentz Kline and they were Margaret’s grandparents.

1850. Jacob F 58 lives in Union Twp, Union County with Margaret 58, Catherine 25, Ann 23, Frederick 19 and Sarah 18. Neighbors are the families of his sons including Ann Hummel (widow of Daniel I assume) and Jacob.
1860. Jacob F 67 lives in Monroe Twp, Snyder County. Margaret has apparently died. Frederick is there age 27 with Almy 22 and Amanda 11 months.
