I know from his will that Peter had a son David. From Census, he was born in PA in 1834, before Peter moved to Ohio. David is designated P2e1.

Census tells us the story.
In 1860, David Martz, obviously Peter’s son of that name, lived in German Township, Montgomery County, OH. He was age 26, wife Lydia 25 and they had two daughters Leander 5 and Elizabeth 2.
In 1870, those same four people, all about 10 years older, lived in Liberty Township, Henry County, Indiana, where we then find, in 1880, David Martz age 46 born PA wife Lydia A with Lew J 25, Lizzie M 21, Viola A E 17. Lew J must be Leander from the 1860 and 1870 Census.

There is a David Martz buried in Henry County, IN on find-a-grave. He died 4 Jan 1903 and was age 69 — which computes to 1834. Lydia A McMullen Martz is buried in the same place. This must be Peter’s son David and his wife.
