1800. Patrick Kane is a neighbor of John Curry in Harford County. He is 45+ and he has a number of children living with him, most particularly a daughter age 16-25 and one 10-15 either of whom might be Sarah.

There is a 26 Jan 1850 Catholic baptism in Western Maryland of Daniel Cain a son of Patrick and Elisa Cain.
I do not know if the father is any relation whatsoever to the Patrick Cain of interest to me, but he might be, and this might well prove that the Cain family of Harford County were Catholic.
The estate of a James Cain entered administration 2 May 1797 with Administratrix Elizabeth and presumed heirs: John, Matthew, Nancy now Fickey, Mary and Jane.
Patrick Cain was commissioned 1st Lt in 1778.
