Newspapers.com 7 Jun 1913. Coaldales’s ldest resident died. Rebecca Hoffman, wiidow of Silas Hoffam die 2 June 1913. Surviosrs include lots of chidrlen, grnadhcildren, great grandhcildren and even great great granchildren but only one sibling — a sister.
When Rebecca and Silas bapitzed their son Silas in 1871 (he was born in 1864), it was at St. Paul’s UCC Church in Summit Hill, PA and the sponsors were Jno Rickert and wife Elizabeth.
