William is mentioned in H L Eckert’s family history given at the 1911 Eckert-Ulp reunion as. son of Conrad’s. And he was mentioned as Uncle William Ulp who died about 1841 by Emma (Eckert) Morgan in a newspaper article published in 1917. Also, in an 1842 Sunbury newspaper, there is mention of William and Jacob Ulp as if they are brothers. (Emma Morgan perhaps was off by a year or two as to when William died.)
