I believe he is the Benjamin Fetter age 41 living in Kelly Township, Union County, PA in 1850 with wife Rachael 41 and children: Aron 11, Elizabeth 9, Rachael 7 and Benjamin 4.

A newspaper notice dated 18 May 1863 says that Benjamin Fetter of Buffalo Township is not responsible anymore for debts of his daughter Rachael.

Rachael went on to marry Zachariah Moyer and her death certificate says she was born in 1850, daughter of Benjamin Fetter and () Sweigart.
