The death certificate of her son Arthur Forrest Marts says her name was Silvis.
A very interesting deed (book 121, page 342) records that land once held by Nathan G Burr passed to Sarah Bolinger who then converted it to Mary Silvis, John Silvis, Henry Silvis and Nancy J Silvis, now Nancy J Martz, but Mary should not have been named in that conveyence and now corrects the error and she conveys the land to John Silvis her son and Nancy J Martz.
