Owen Mertz, age 20, lived with John in 1850. It’s a little hard to tell which of the children with John were his own or were his deceased son’s. I am assuming Owen was the son of John Sr. He is designated H4b6.

I can find Owen on his own only in 1860 and then he disappears.

I cannot find Owen on find-a-grave.
