I don’t think Dorilas ever married. He wrote his will 23 Mar 1872 and left property to his sister Mary M and brother Jackson and gave the land he lived on to his nephew Daniel G Martz.
The will was contested Oct Term 1876 by:
1. D H Lee Martz, Addie S Martz, M J Martz, Julius J Martz — they were the children of Hiram deceased. Hiram was Dorilas’ brother.
2.) John Martz, N B Martz, Benjamin H Martz, Clara A wife of Thomas Connor, J C Martz, S H Wellen wife of W H Whellen, Margaret C Bunker wife of Freeman Bunker, Elvira widow of B F Martz deceased, Michael Martz, Erastus Martz and unknown heirs of Rebecca Miller deceased. These were Dorilas’ brother and sisters.
3.) Wm W and Minnie Martz heirs of B F deceased.
4.) Unknown heirs of Martha Martz deceased.
