Malinda Harrison of Greenville County married David Turner in 1839. I’m not sure she was Dorothy’s daughter, it’s just a guess she was based on geography and age.

I can find her in Census with children including Edward, Pattie, John and Sarah. There is no DC for Malinda. There is a DC for John J Turner who said his father was David and his mother Malinda Moss. There is also a message board post that says the parents were David Turner and Malinda Adams and she was the sister of Abigail Adams.
