Sarah J Lewis was born in Pennsylvania, married in Indiana, bore her four children in Indiana in the 1890’s, and then by 1900, having been widowed, returned to Pennsylvania to live with her parents in Wilkes-Barre -- but without her children! By 1910, she had remarried Reuben Gliddon (Glidden?) and had reunited her family in his household in Wilkes-Barre. I do not know the circumstances which took her to Indiana.
