The Archives document says Martin was born in 1707, but it was earlier than that. He and wife Anna Margaretha baptized a daughter in 1714. Bernhard and Martin stood as sponsor at times for the baptism of a child of the other, I think the conclusion that they were brothers is self-evident.

Martin had a son Anton born in 1724, clearly the Anton who arrived America in 1748 at the age of 24. So my initial speculation that Anton, Adam and John were brothers, all sons of Barnet, proved wrong only with respect that Anton was a cousin to John and Adam.
