Abraham Fetter’s wife Elizabeth was an heir of Conrad Walter. She was Frederick Walter’s sister. I believe Abraham was most likely Rachel Fetter’s brother.

I am quite sure that Abraham was not the son of Jacob since Jacob had a daughter Magdalena, born September 1791, and that seems to preclude having also had a son Abraham born in February 1791. I believe Peter who was born approximately 1771 and married in 1797 is ruled out, as is Adam born 1769 and married 1793 and Solomon born 1774 -- all too young or married too late to have had son Abraham in 1791. And for that matter Rachel in 1788. Of the other Union County sons of Philip Sr., that really leaves Philip Jr. as the “last man standing” to be Abraham’s father. Yes, Conrad needs to be considered, but did he even exist?
