Jane is noteworthy as the only child mentioned by her mother in her will. She left all her personal property to daughter Jane who had been taking care of her the last several years.

For awhile I wasn’t sure who Jane was. On the complete list of all of John Koller’s children from the Orphans Court petition filed by his son to partition his land, there was no Jane listed.

But when I found Jane Koller age 60 in the 1850 Census, in Shrewsbury, living with Mary Free age 56, and assuming the children on the partition petition were listed in birth order, it seemed clear that Christina on the petition must have been otherwise called Jane.

This is confirmed, I believe, by the JC Sweeny list of children which shows Jane as the daughter born between Katherine and Mary, exactly the birth position of Christina, maybe her name was actually Chris
