From Census, we know that Mary was born about 1802. She figures importantly in the story of Northumberland Town Lot #172 told as part of the narrative about Conrad’s wife Alice. But there are several questions raised by the tale of Lot #172 as to her relationship to Alice.

1850. She is age 45 living with husband Jacob Eckert age 44 in North’d Borough -- and also living with them is Conrad Ulp.

1860. She is age 58 living with husband Jacob age 55 in North’d Borough. He is a a bottler of ale. Their immediate next door neighbor is George Eckert 40 and wife Elsie 38 -- he also a bottler of ale.

1870. She’s 68.
