1790. There is another Balzier Hollear in Shrewsbury Twp, a neighbor of John Hollear. I believe this one is the son of John Adam and the Balzer in Paradise is simply one of the other Balzer Koller’s supposedly present in early York County.

My Comments notes for Balzer Koller
If it is accurate that Balzer was 14 and 1762 and his father came to America in 1751, then Balzer was born in Germany before his parents left for America.
