The 1843 deed is all the heirs of Aaron Carlin selling land in Baltimore County to Rachel Pearce and my theory is that Rachel is Aaron’s sister and is the Rachel Pearce age 41 in the 1850 Census in Baltimore County living with Thomas Pearce.
