Meiser lists a son Daniel as a sibling to the other Hummels who he believed descended from Johannes who died at sea. There was a Daniel, who with wife, Elizabeth, baptized daughter Mary Magdalena in 1755.

If his baptism was recorded ay Ebingen, I missed it perhaps due to an anomalous spelling.

I have put his dod as Bef 1790 since there is no sign of him in that Census.
