The Ancestry.com Tree of Dr. Moises Beutelspacher (Bidelspach) provides all the information about Isaac and Mary Ann and their children.

Meiser says his name was George Bidelspach, not Isaac. The Rossiter article also says Mary Ann married George Speidelbach.
Discrepant Facts notes for Judge Isaac Bidelspach
I’m certain his name was Isaac Bidelspach, from his will and Census. Some sources say his name was George. His tombstone says Judge Isaac Bidelspach and I think people have read that as George Isaac.

There are three large monoliths sitting very near each other in Riverview Cemetery. One is Ben Hummel and his wife Catherine Hilbish, the other two are his two daughters and their husbands: George P Mertz and Amelia Amanda Hummel and Isaac Bidlespach and Mary Ann Hummel.
