On 20 Oct 1776 at Longswamp, Abraham Voegele s/o Heinrich and Barbara was baptized. Sponsors: Abraham Mertz and Barbara Drescher. When Peter died, Henry Fegely filed documents so that the two children of his deceased wife would be known to be heirs of Peter — their names were Philip and Elisabeth. There was no mention of Abraham.

I think the answer is there were two Abraham’s as explained in my discussion of the names of Henry’s children.
