His will (spelled Henohman) is among those listed in Maryland Calendar of Wills, Volume II found on Ancestry.com. I was able to find the registrar’s transcription on LDS film #12843. The will was written 20 Oct 1694 and proved 17 Dec 1695. It is very hard to read. He gives the bulk of his estate to Benjamin Bowen, son of Benjamin (sic, I think it was supposed to say Jonas) Bowen, when he reaches 18 years of age. He makes specific bequests to the issue of his wife Margaret. These seem to include Lawrence Waldron, Samuel Evans s/o Amos and Mary Groon widow. He makes a bequest to Rebecca Bowen d/o aforementioned Joans Bowen (except I don’t see where he was aforementioned). He appoints Jonas Bowen Sr. overseer of the estate until Benjamin is 18.
