My Comments notes for Anna Maria Fritz
WFT 2-3137 covers the Fritz family including Anna Maria married to George Motz with one son: Heinrich.
WFT 2-3137 is the source of all data on Anna Maria's parents and grandparents.
My CD collection shed more light on this woman and that she is the daughter of Johannes and that she did indeed marry George Motz, but I have come to conclude that she married a different George Motz than the one that moved to Snyder County.
WFT 2-3137 says b.8/30/1753, consistent with the Robeson Church record on my CDs which also says daughter of Johannes and baptized 4/22/1770. The b.6/25/1755 information came from LDS file: S9FQ-71.
This was a very popular name back then, there are dozens of them in early PA church records, hard to find the right one. And this may be a composite here. The LDS file only says George's wife was Anna Mary, b. 25 Jun 1755 d. 26 Jan 1816. The LDS file then lists 4 children: John b.1781, Unnamed b.1783, Susan b.1785 and Barabara b.1787.
WFT46-219 (Motz) names George's wife Maria, no birth date, 3 kids: Susan b.1774, Barabara b.1775 and John b.1783.
Finally WFT 2-3137 (Fritz) shows Anna Maria b. 8/30/1753 marries George Motz 1/30/1776 in Berks, 1 son Heinrich no birthdate.
