Her story is told in "The Jacoby Family Genealogy" which says:

"Harry Bottarf Jacoby, son of Ezra Richardson and Margaret Florence (Brown) Jacoby was born 3 Aug 1866 in Williamsport (then Newberry), PA. He was a locomotive fireman and engineman and machinist. He lived in Sunbury until 1893, then Reno, PA until 1898, West Superior, WI until 1900 then in Oil City, PA where he died 30 Jul 1917. He married 29 Jan 1892 at Williamsport Adda Clarissa Mertz daughter of George Peter and Amelia (Hummel) Mertz. Their children: Herbert Leonard b.22 Oct 1892, Lucille Leona b.21 Feb 1895 and Paul Harmon 3 Sep 1904-9 Aug 1921."

Adda Clarissa was the twin of Flora Elizabeth. She is known from Census as a daughter of George Peter and Amelia Amanda. Jack Mertz, Floyd and Meiser all list her as such too and several or all of these sources say she married Harry Jacoby whose story is also told in "The Jacoby Family Genealogy" from which we learn that he was was born in Williamsport (then Newberry), PA. He was a locomotive fireman and engineman and machinist. He lived in Sunbury until 1893, then Reno, PA until 1898, West Superior, WI until 1900 and then in Oil City, PA where he died 30 Jul 1917.
